There are two different covers for the 2006 annual (with identical contents) - I have both in my collection.

There are also two different covers for the 2007 annual (or three if you count the non-stickered one) - I have all three in my collection. Version 2 has 4 x 3D cards stuck on the front which are removable to reveal a different cover picture. I enquired of Pedigree why there were different covers for 2006 and 2007 and am informed that they had a deal with Woolworths (which is where I bought 2/2a below) to have their own cover whilst all other outlets had the standard cover shown at 1 below..
