"Mickey Mouse and Friends" was published by London Editions Magazines. It was unusual for its time in that it was a smaller size than regular UK comics (the same size as the standard US comic of 7 inches x 10 inches).

However, I have since discovered (by acquisition of four more) that a little later in the year (uncertain of when as no date is printed) the comic resumed - increased in size to standard UK comic size and more expensive (75p instead of 55p).
