Snake
Tales was a comic strip set in Australia created by Sols (aka Allan Salisbury)
originally titled 'The Old Timer' until the introduction of the Snake
character in 1975 whereupon the strip was renamed.
There are at least three sizes of books published, a standard size and
a long landscape size by Budget Books and larger landscape books by Boomer
Books. Two books were published in the US by Berkley Books and one in
the UK by Ravette Books.
