A
lot of the Fisa cards had the Golden Shield logo on the reverse. This
represented the fact that Fisa is a UK subsidiary of Escudo de Oro (which
literally translates as Golden Shield) based in Spain. Escudo de Ora
also printed (not published) postcards for other companies and
therefore the Golden Shield logo can also be found on the reverse of
Leo Cards
of Eastbourne, Blackmores
of Exmoor Cards, Welldon
Cards of the Isle of Man and Europa
Cards of Torquay.
