The Addams Family was an American comedy television series based on the cartoon characters created by Charles Addams which ran for two seasons from 1964 to 1966. Two paperback novelisations of the TV episodes were published by Pyramid Books. Following on in 1973 was one season of 16 episodes of an animated TV series and again in 1992 to 1993 another animated TV series that ran for two seasons totaling 21 episodes (I'm unaware of any books for either series). In the 1990s there were three movies made, 'The Addams Family' (1991), 'Addams Family Values' (1993) and 'Addams Family Reunion' (1998) the last of which was direct to video. The first two films were novelised. Finally, there was a further live-action TV series called 'The New Addams Family' that ran for two seasons from 1998 to 1999. I don't know if there were any books of this re-make.
