Baywatch
was a phenomenal TV hit (probably because most people weren't wearing
very much) that ran for eleven seasons from 1989 to 2001. Despite its
popularity, only four novvels were published in the UK by Boxtree Books
in 1993.
In 1996, a further series of books was published in the US by Random House Books in two series... Baywatch for older readers under the imprint of Sprinter Books - five published and a sixth advertised but do not know if it was ever published (titled "Cruisin'"). Junior Lifeguard for younger readers under the imprint of Bullseye Books - again, five published and a sixth advertised but do not know if it was ever published (titled "Crash Landing"). In 1995 a spin-off series was launched called Baywatch Nights that lasted for two seasons. = In My Collection / = Not in My Collection |
