Dalziel and Pascoe was a BBC TV crime drama that ran for eleven seasons from 1996 to 2007. The series was based on the novels by Reginald Hill who died in 2012 - a complete list of his 'Dalziel and Pascoe' novels at the bottom of the page. The first three series were entirely based on Hill's novels, as were the first two episodes of series four. However, all subsequent stories, with exception to "Dialogues of the Dead", are stories written exclusively for television, and have not appeared as subsequent novels.
