Death
in Paradise is a very popular crime series shown on BBC 1 that started
in 2011 and has run for fourteen seasons to date plus four Christmas
Specials which commenced in 2021. The series was created by Robert Thorogood
who wrote four novels based on DI Richard Poole, the star of the first
two seasons played by Ben Miller. As far as I'm aware there were no
actual TV tie-in novelisations. There were two spin-off TV series, three
seasons of 'Beyond Paradise' (2023 to present) and one season of 'Return
to Paradise' (2024).
