The
Hardy Boys was a childrens mystery adventure TV series that ran for
one season of thirteen episodes in 1995 starring Colin Grey and Paul
Popowich as Frank and Joe Hardy.
The series was based upon The Hardy Boys book series created in 1927 by Edward Stratemeyer, the founder of the Stratemeyer Syndicate, a book-packaging firm. All the books in the series were actually written by many different ghostwriters over the years under the collective pseudonym Franklin W. Dixon. There were hundreds of Hardy Boys books published. At least seventeen of The Hardy Boys Casefiles books were published with TV tie-in covers by Archway Books (if anyone knows of any others, please let me know). = In My Collection / = Not in My Collection |
