Howard's
Way was a BBC drama that ran for six seasons from 1985 to 1990. The
programme was set around the character of Tom Howard, played by the
actor Maurice Colbourn who sadly died during the filming of the fifth
series. The fifth series continued without him as did the sixth and
final series. Three books were published, the first by Granada Books
and the remaining two by Grafton Books.
