Kojak
was a popular US cop show that ran for five seasons between 1973 and
1978. Ten books were published in the US, nine by Pocket Books in a
numbered series, and one extra by Berkley Medallion Books. In the UK,
several titles were reprinted by Star Books, one with a different title
: "Death is Not a Passing Grade" (US) as "Marked for
Murder" (UK).
