The
Amazing Adventures of Morph was a clay animation children's TV series
that ran for 26 episodes between 1980 and 1981. It was a spin-off series
from the art programme 'Take Hart' featuring Tony Hart who also features
in the animated series. The character was revived for a further 13 episodes
in 1995 as a series titled 'The Morph Files' produced by Aardman Animations
(famous for Wallace & Gromit, Shaun
the Sheep and other clay animations). In addition to the four annuals
published for 1982 to 1985 (1982 and 1983 by World Distributors, 1984
and 1985 by Purnell), Piccolo Books published at least four children's
books first in hardback then in paperback.
