Nero Wolfe was a crime drama TV series that ran for one season of fourteen episodes in 1981 and starred William Conrad in the title role. It was based on the series of detective stories by Rex Stout. Two of the books were re-published with TV tie in covers by Fontana Books. A further series of Nero Wolfe starring Maury Chaykin in the title role ran for two seasons of ten episodes each from 2001 to 2002 preceded by a television movie 'The Golden Spiders' in 2000. I know of no TV tie in novels for the TV movie or second series. With thanks to Roger Merry for bringing this series to my attention.
