Poldark
was a BBC TV series that ran for two seasons from 1975 to 1977 as an
adaptation of the first seven Poldark novels by Winston Graham. The
first seven books were re-published with TV tie-in covers by Fontana
Books from 1975 to 1978 in the UK and by Ballantine Books in the US.
In the late 1980s Fontana Books re-published the first ten books with
TV tie-in covers.
A second adaptation of the first seven books was made by the BBC that ran for five seasons from 2015 to 2019. All twelve books were published with TV tie-in covers by Pan Books.  =
