Poldark was a BBC TV series that ran for two seasons from 1975 to 1977 as an adaptation of the novels by Winston Graham. The series has subsequently been re-made by the BBC and the first season was shown in 2015 with a second season commissioned. There are twelve books in the original run of novels, ten of which have been published (several times) with TV-themed covers, both in the UK and the US.
