Shaft was a series of seven television films based on the books by Ernest Tidyman that ran from 1973 to 1974. The series followed the original movie "Shaft" in 1971 and it's two sequels "Shaft's Big Score!" (1972) and "Shaft in Africa" (1973). After the series of television films there were two further sequels, "Shaft" (2000) and "Shaft" (2019). All the TV films and the five movies starred Richard Roundtree in the title role. Several of the books were re-published with either TV or Movie tie-in covers. = In My Collection / = Not in My Collection
