Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (also known as Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles in the UK) is an entertainment franchise featuring four anthropomorphic turtles called Michelangelo, Raphael, Leonardo and Donatello that were first created in 1983 in comics form. The first animated TV series ran for ten seasons from 1987 to 1996. This was followed by a live-action TV series called 'Ninja Turtles : The Next Mutation' which ran for one season of 26 episodes from 1997 to 1998. Then came a second animated TV series that ran for seven seasons from 2003 to 2009, a third animated series that ran for five seasons from 2012 to 2017, and a fourth animated series called 'Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' that ran for two seasons from 2018 to 2020.

In addition there were six movies... 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' (1990) and its two sequels 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II : The Secret of the Ooze' (1991) and 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III' (1993), all live-action; Followed by 'TMNT' (2007) animated, 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' (2014) live-action and its sequel 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles : Out of the Shadows' (2016) live-action. There was also a crossover animated movie called 'Batman vs Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' in 2019 and another movie is in production for 2023.

A large number of books have been published over the years and this gallery is woefully incomplete, currently limited to my collection or those I know about I want for my collection.
