Widows
was an ITV drama series that ran for two seasons (the second season
titled 'Widows 2') from 1983 to 1985 and was immediately followed by
a sequel series called "She's Out" in 1985. The series was based on
the books by Lynda La Plante and the books were republished with TV-themed
covers.
