There
were only two novels originally published of the TV series (by Sphere
Books in the UK and Dell Books in the US) and one fotonovel published
in 1979 as Vol 12 in the Fotonovel Publications series (other volumes
being famous films of the time, such as 'Grease' and 'Heaven Can Wait').
Further novels were published in both the US and the UK by TSR Inc and
Penguin (in association with TSR Inc). The very first novel was published
by Ace Books in 1962, compiled from two novelettes that appeared in "Amazing
Stories" in 1928 ("Armageddon 2149A.D." and "The Airlords
of Han").
From 2016 a new series of three novels were published by Blam! Ventures set beyond the TV Series with TV tie-in covers. Unfortunately only No 1 has been released for sale so far, with Nos 2 and 3 hopefully being released later in 2022.  =

set of three novels subtitled "Draconian Fire" set beyond the TV
series.
Unfortunately only No 1 has been released for sale so far, with Nos 2 and
3 release still unknown.
