The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy was originally a radio show broadcast in 1978 and 1980 before becoming a six-part TV series in 1981. It was based on the first of Douglas Adams's books who wrote five novels in what was described as a trilogy in five parts. In 2005 there was a movie released and the first book was re-published with a movie tie-in cover. = In My Collection / = Not in My Collection
