The
Perishers was a long-running comic strip from the Daily Mirror before
it became a children's animated TV series in 1979 for one season of
twenty episodes. Two novels and a large format paperback book of colour
comic strips was published by Mirror Books. In addition there was a
hardback book of eight stories novelised from the TV series published
by Hamlyn Books.
